چکیده
Abstract Two cross-sectional studies were carried out in order to identify predictors of antisemitism, measured using the Generalised Antisemitism or GeAs scale. In first, which used a self-selecting sample UK-resident adults ( n = 809), age, gender, ethnicity, and educational level as well wide range ideological analysed bivariate antisemitism. second, representative 1853), same demographic plus non-demographic found have strongest relationships with previous study construct linear model multiple predictors. Ethnicity, support for totalitarian government, belief malevolent global conspiracies, anti-hierarchical aggression identified Antisemitism. However, government was only predict ‘old’ antisemitic attitudes (measured Judeophobic JpAs subscale) not ‘new’ Antizionist AzAs subscale), whereas aggression, conspiracies both attitudes. This finding adds nuance ongoing debates about whether antisemitism is more prevalent on political right left, by suggesting that (at least UK) it instead associated conspiracist view world, desire overturn social order, preference authoritarian forms government—all may exist right, elsewhere. Data from samples are open, code carry analyses presented here.

Global Totalitarianism and the Crisis of Neo-Lib Movement
During the past decades there are growing concerns on the escalation and massive deprivation of the public life’s quality, which some researchers attribute these as effects of the so-called ‘Globalization’. To cite a few books, Prof. J. Stiglitz’s book “Globalization and its Discontent” has sparked debate all over the world. A somewhat less known book which is worth to mention here is N. Hertz’...
متن کاملPatient Safety Behavior in Physicians: How is it Predicted?
Background: Patient safety is a serious global public health issue. Estimates show that every day many patients are harmed while receiving hospital care. Health care staff plays a key role in providing quality and safe patient care, especially physicians who are main members of the medical team and a critical element in patient safety efforts. Objective: ...
متن کاملReal-time Global Stereo Matching Using Hierarchical Belief Propagation
In this paper, we present a belief propagation based global algorithm that generates high quality results while maintaining real-time performance. To our knowledge, it is the first BP based global method that runs at real-time speed. Our efficiency performance gains mainly from the parallelism of graphics hardware, which leads to a 45 times speedup compared to the CPU implementation. To qualify ...
متن کامل'They will not control us': Ingroup positivity and belief in intergroup conspiracies.
This research examined the role of different forms of positive regard for the ingroup in predicting beliefs in intergroup conspiracies. Collective narcissism reflects a belief in ingroup greatness contingent on others' recognition. We hypothesized that collective narcissism should be especially likely to foster outgroup conspiracy beliefs. Non-narcissistic ingroup positivity, on the other hand,...
متن کاملHierarchical evidence and belief functions
Dempster/Shafer (D/S) theory has been advocated as a way of representing incompleteness of evidence in a system’s knowledge base. Methods now exist for propagating beliefs through chains of inference. This paper discusses how rules with attached beliefs, a common representation for knowledge in automated reasoning systems, can be transformed into the joint belief functions required by propagati...
